Deppends of the type of trauma. But overal I will say these things:
-it was NOT your fault -> Never make yourself accountable if someone hurted you. That person was in the wrong, not you, and nothing justifies and excuses what they did;
-Get help. Nothing to be ashamed about and many people get it;
- work on your self-esteem. Many people just lose themselves and it can be hard, so make sure you work on it! -> Try healthy activities like yoga, meditation, eating healthy, shopping, read a good book, maybe a hot cup of tea everynight?
-Try to socialise. Trauma can be very hard and we lose the conection to other human beings, so remember it's important. Even if it's 5 mins outside just looking at people in their daily lifes.
Hope I managed to help a bit.
Thank you for your suggestions here. I hope that the Trauma group may find them to be useful.
