Why me?

In my freshman year of high school there was a shooting. It caused me a lot of trauma and still does. Whenever I go places the first thing that comes to my mind is what if happens again? Will I come home after this? What happened to all the families that have lost people to shootings? It used to affect my life more than it does now but it still affects me a lot.
