https://mha.easternhealth.ca/ got no business treetin people with trauma ishews. There no good at it. They makes it worse. There after making me worse than I was before...I wish I could leave and go somewhere better, but there’s no mental health care in Canada...

I'm sorry that your experience with mental health services hasn't been the greatest in your part of the world. As a Canadian myself, I have definitely seen a big mix in quality of services being offered. It takes a lot of digging to find the right help, and sometimes that search is exhausting in its own way. I know that Newfoundland specifically has been criticized a fair amount, normally because they simply don't invest the funding into those services. I'm glad that you're seeking an online option and I hope you find some support here at 7cups :)
