I am not familiar with this acronym and a internet search did not help me. Could you write out what this is? Can you tell us what your most frustrating problem is? Maybe we don't know what CPTST is but we might be able to support you in some of the things that go along with it.

My best guess is that you mean CPTSD, aka complex PTSD. Is that correct?
As for how to deal with it... I believe CPTSD is one of the issues that really benefit from having a therapist to work things through with, if that's possible for you.
