Fear of Conservatorship
I haven't been officially diagnosed yet, but I'm fairly sure this counts as PTSD or CPTSD. I have this crippling fear of being put in a conservatorship. I had two mental breaks over the course of a year (first one came out of nowhere, second because the clinic messed up my meds) and both hospitalizations were very traumatic for me. They actually made my mental breaks worse, and I have this fear that if I don't "cooperate" properly and act perfect, my mom will pull a Britany Spear's dad and put me in a conservatorship. If that happens, I'm pretty sure I'll lose the will to live.
I already had one major panic attack from the thought of my mom not liking what I was doing (not mental health related, but due to family issues) and getting on my case about it.
I want to cut her off, completely. Keep her out of my life, make my own decisions and just have the freedom of knowing no one is going to throw me in a hospital. I can't trust anyone in the family not to side with her, and I don't want to do this anymore. I just want to be in my own house and not feel like I'm dying inside, or that I have to hide every aspect of my mental health and walk on eggshells around her.
I don't want to move. It will make my life so much harder. But I don't see what other option I have.

Ok honestly those are difficult to establish.
Let me put it this way. I had over 40 hospitalizations, dramatic scary behavior, did NOT get put in a conservatorship.
Britney was way out of control had been for months and her personal fortune and professional life was a wreck so then that happened. She also had kids.
For all those reasons they granted the conservatorship.
You got only two trips to the psych ward.
Breathe; it will be ok!!

Dear Hida,
You deserve to feel well, and you deserve to be treated with respect and dignity. It's natural to feel anxious and afraid in the wake of traumatic events, but you should also know that you have the right to seek help and support. Your mental health is important, and it's important to seek professional help if you feel like your symptoms are interfering with your daily life.
♡🦁🌹A conservatorship is a legal process that requires a high burden of proof, and it's not something that can be initiated without significant evidence. It's important to understand your rights as a person with a mental health condition, and to seek the guidance of a mental health professional who can help you navigate these issues.
♡🦁🌹You having a support system in place can help you manage your symptoms and provide you with the care and support you need. You may want to consider joining a support group or reaching out to people who understand what you're going through. This can help you feel less isolated and provide you with the support and encouragement you need to keep moving forward.
♡🦁🌹Your mental health is important, and taking care of yourself is essential. Remember to prioritize your own needs and seek the help and support you need to manage your symptoms. You deserve to feel well and happy, and you deserve to have the freedom to live your life on your own terms. Stay true to yourself, and remember that your happiness and well-being are important. You are a strong and resilient individual, and you can get through this.
You are worthy of love, respect, and support. Take care of yourself, seek the help and support you need, and remember that you are not alone in this. I am here to support you, and I am rooting for you. You can get through this, and you will have a wonderful life.
Love ♡ and Courage 🦁, Tas 🌹
