Have you ever felt there is no way out?

Hello. I think that many of us felt that there is no way out: that we are stuck. And that's truly frustrating right? And it makes us feel like there is no way out. But here are some things you need to know.

  1. Its okay to feel like that. Its normal and especially after going through bad situations
  2. You can change the situation and feel better. Yeah really you can.
  3. You need to believe in yourself and if possible talk to someone

The biggest question is how will we go through it? Well let me tell you.

For starters you need to start leaving in the moment. If you have dissociative disorders you need to start learning and practicing how to stop them and feel grounded. You need to break the circle. Don't feed it. When you start leaving in the moment (even for 10 minutes or some seconds you need to praise yourself and say "hey I wasnt dissociating for some time") everything will slowly become better.

Secondly, you need to understand that you have to face your problems and solve them. As hard as it is if we just bury them deep down nothing will happen and you will just feel happy or better for a short period of time and then you will crash again. That's an other cycle you need to stop and break.

Last thing I want to say is that if you have absolutely no one to talk to (in real life or online) then you can just write everything down. If you cant do that then "write" them down in your mind. Sort them out. Solve them and break them.

If you want any help tell me. I m here to help people and listen to them. I hope this helped a bit.
