Self love weekly series day 7! Final Day🎉
Positivity & Gratitude / by cheerfulKiwi1776

...See more Welcome to Day 7—the final day of our weekly self-love series! Happy Sunday! 🎉 We made it! Over the past six days, we’ve learned to speak to ourselves like a best friend, uncovered the core reasons self-love matters, wrote heartfelt letters to ourselves, practiced daily self-care, and gave ourselves permission to rest without guilt. To wrap up our journey together, today is all about Celebrating Yourself & Making a Self-Love Promise. Self-love isn't a destination where you suddenly become perfect and never doubt yourself again. It’s an ongoing practice—a daily choice to treat yourself with patience, grace, and respect, especially on the hard days. Today's Final Challenge: Write a short "Self-Love Promise" to yourself in the comments for the future. My Example: "I promise to give myself grace when I make mistakes, to listen when my mind and body ask for rest, and to never speak to myself in a way I wouldn't speak to someone I love." Questions for the comments: * What was your favorite prompt or takeaway from this week's series? * What is one promise you are making to yourself moving forward? Thank you all so much for going on this journey with me, sharing your thoughts, and supporting one another. I’m so proud of every single one of you! 🌿 P.S. Keep being your own biggest cheerleader. You've got this! 🫂✨

...See more Welcome to Day 6 of our weekly self-love series! Happy Saturday! 🌸 We’ve come such a long way together this week! From changing our inner dialogue and writing letters of appreciation, to building healthy habits. Since it’s the weekend, today is all about Unplugging, Resting, and Guilt-Free Joy. So often, we tie our self-worth to how productive we are. We feel guilty if we aren't constantly crossing things off a to-do list. But true self-love means giving yourself full permission to just be—without needing to earn your rest. Here are 3 ways to practice guilt-free rest today: ✨ Release the To-Do List: Give yourself a break from perfectionism. Whatever doesn't get done today can wait. ✨ Protect Your Energy: Say a gentle "no" to plans or demands that feel draining, and "yes" to what restores you. ✨ Engage in Pure Joy: Spend time doing something simply because it makes you smile, with zero expectations attached. Today's Challenge: Give yourself permission to do one restful or fun activity today without feeling guilty about it. Questions for the comments: * What is your absolute favorite way to recharge on a Saturday? * What is one piece of guilt you are letting go of today? Can't wait to see your comments! 🍃 P.S. Rest is not a reward—it’s a basic human need. Take it easy today! 🫂

...See more Welcome to our 5th day of our weekly self love series!  Through this time we learned a lot about self love. I want to thank you for taking time off your days to once again support a weekly series of mine. It reminds me of when I first started and the immense amount of help and support you guys showed me. For that, I m grateful🍃 Moving on today i want to talk about affirmations.  Affirmations are positive, present-tense statements—such as "I am capable and resilient"—that you repeat to yourself to challenge negative thought patterns and reinforce self-belief. We use them because the brain has neuroplasticity, meaning repeated focus on empowering statements gradually rewires subconscious habits and helps interrupt automatic self-doubt. They are especially beneficial in high-pressure situations, during personal transitions, or as part of a daily mental wellness routine, helping to boost confidence, reduce stress, and keep you focused on your core values. With that I want to put some affirmations here and share them with you. Please do take time to repeat them to yourselves. Daily Self-Love Affirmations * I love myself just as I am today. * I choose to be kind to myself. * I am my own best friend. * It is natural for me to love myself. * I am grateful to be the person I am. * I love each part of myself. * I honor my life. * I appreciate all the ways that I am unique. * I accept my awesomeness. * I love who I am. * I am calm and relaxed in all situations. * My muscles are relaxed. * My tension is melting away. * I am relaxed and calm. * I am comfortable around other people. * I am thankful and grateful for the good in my life. * Calmness washes over me with every deep breath I take. * I am releasing all negative emotions from my system. * I deserve a peaceful and loving life. * I am breathing slowly and deeply, filling myself with calmness. * I am letting go of all my worries and fears. * I deserve happiness and joy. * I am calm and at ease. * I surround myself with peace and pleasant emotions. * I choose to move my focus on happy experiences. * Despite how I feel, I understand this feeling and situation are temporary. * Serenity, tranquillity, and other pleasurable emotions engulf my being. * My thoughts are slowing down. * My breathing is anchored from within my core and this breathing is relaxing to my body and mind. * As my body and mind become more relaxed, I can problem-solve more effectively. * I am reclaiming my power. * I am naturally stress-free. * I am letting go of my worries. * I am in control of my life. * I am a positive person who attracts positive things into my life. * I am equipped to handle this situation effectively. * This situation will pass, so I choose to deal with it calmly. * I trust my intuition and I am always guided to make wise decisions. * My peace is my power. * Today, and every day, I choose joy. So with that, we move on to our today's questions. * Name 5 of those affirmations you liked and found helpful  * Share your own affirmations that you like of pictures of them  * Write down someone else's comment a good positive affirmation for them to see and brighten their day. Can't wait to see your comments and the love you share with each other🤍 P.s: You are capable of everything

...See more Welcome to Day 4 of our weekly self-love series!🤍 In our previous days, we talked about changing our inner voice, understanding the 5 core reasons why self-love matters, and writing a sweet love letter to ourselves. You are all doing such an amazing job on this journey so far! Today, let's talk about something we often overlook: Self-Care Routines & Small Daily Acts of Love. Self-love isn't just a mindset. It’s also about the tiny, everyday actions we take to show ourselves that we matter. It doesn't have to be a grand gesture like a fancy spa day; it can be the little things that bring peace to your mind and body. Here are 5 simple daily self-care acts to practice: ✨ Hydrate & Nourish: Drinking a warm glass of water or enjoying a full meal without rushing. ✨ Digital Pause: Putting your phone away 15 minutes before bed to give your mind a break. ✨ Mindful Breathing: Taking 3 deep, slow breaths whenever you feel overwhelmed. ✨ Move Comfortably: Doing a light stretch, taking a short walk, or just dancing to your favorite song. ✨ Saying "No": Protecting your energy by declining things that drain you. Today's Challenge: Pick one small act of self-care from above (or come up with your own!) and do it today. Questions for the comments: * What is one small self-care act that always brightens your mood? * Which new self-care habit would you like to try this week? Can't wait to read your responses! 🌿 P.S. Remember to take a deep breath right now. You are doing great! 🫂

...See more Reached day 3! Yayy! So in our two previous days we talked about changing our inner voice to talk like we talk to our best friend and about the 5 core values of self-love. Today I want us to do something really simple. We are going to write a small letter to ourselves, containing two things: * Thanking ourselves for going through all those challenges that brought us here * Finding simple (1-3) ways to love oneself. I'll start Dear me, Thank you for pulling me through all life's hard times, even when I felt hopeless and stuck. Thank you for supporting my body and mind to help me through my hardest moments. For that I want to find some ways to care about you more because you deserve to feel loved after everything. Here are three simple ways to love you more: * Express gratitude and be grateful * Taking care of my body * Resting when needed. With these we can move on in life. Lots of love, me Can't wait to see your letters! P.S. You are unique, so love yourself for it.

The Self love weekly series Day 2

...See more Welcome to Day 2 of our weekly self love series!  So in our last post about self love we spoke to ourselves as if we were our best friends. It was really nice. I challenge you all to practice that till the end of this weekly program.😝 Moving on lets see why self love is important. Five of the most vital reasons that self love is important are the following: * Establishes Healthy Boundaries * Builds Resilience Against Adversity * Improves Relationship Quality * Fosters Mental and Emotional Well being * Drives Personal Growth and Ambition Lets break them down: ✨️Establishes Healthy Boundaries: When you value yourself, you recognize your limits and communicate them clearly. This prevents burnout and keeps toxic dynamics from taking over your personal and professional life. ✨️Builds Resilience Against Adversity: Self-love provides an internal safety net during failure or rejection. Instead of turning to harsh self-criticism, you offer yourself compassion, making it much easier to bounce back from setbacks. ✨️Improves Relationship Quality: You teach others how to treat you by how you treat yourself. Accepting your own worth reduces insecurity and codependency, allowing you to form deeper, more genuine connections. ✨️Fosters Mental and Emotional Well-being: Treating yourself with respect directly lowers anxiety and chronic stress. It changes your internal narrative from self-doubt to constructive support, improving your overall mental health. ✨️Drives Personal Growth and Ambition: Loving yourself isn't about complacency; it’s about recognizing your value enough to invest in your potential. You set goals out of a desire to see yourself thrive rather than a need to prove your worth to others. So after breaking those down we have a clear view of why self love is important. I read a great post that I recommend you read to here: https://www.selfloverainbow.com/the-foundations-of-self-love/ Inside it said:  "Self-love doesn’t happen in a vacuum. It’s not Point A to Point B. It is such a personal experience. I can’t tell you how to love yourself. No random person on the internet can. I can give you the tools I use. I can point you in the right direction (we’re all trying to get to the same place right?) but I don’t have the magic formula." And thats really true. 😊 Question for the comments * Which ones of the 5 core reasons mentioned above you already have? * Which ones do you not have? * Which ones do you want to work on? Cant wait to see your comments🍃 PS: Give yourself the love you deserve🫂 Picture is from the post with the link above🤍

Self-love Weekly Series Day 1 🍃
Positivity & Gratitude / by cheerfulKiwi1776

...See more Welcome to day 1 of my weekly series with topic Self-love! Its such a great topic isnt it? Many of us tend to forget or think we dont deserve self-love. Some of us dont know how to apply it on us. Thats understandable because we tend to be so harsh on ourselves, and criticize us so much. Think for a second: How would you treat your best friend? I guess not as harsh as you treat yourself right? Todays challenge: Write in the comments one thought you have that is against self-love. Now think your best friend is saying this to themselves. What would you tell them? My example: "You are not doing enough. You are lazy and you dont pick yourself up. You are finding excuses the whole time, its pathetic." If my best friend thought that I would say: You are doing as much as you can. You are not lazy nor you find excuses. You are not pathetic. Its okay to not have it all figured out. You go through so much. You dont need to push yourself and make it worse. Now try to apply this to you. Whenever you catch yourself criticizing you, find a positive answer to give to yourself. Cant wait to see your comments. ✨️ Ps: Pssst. You matter. 😝
