I pray you're getting better mentally and emotionally. I pray that you find yourself safe today tomorrow and every day after that. Keep fighting. Message me if you need. Find advocates. Become an advocate. There is help. You are not alone. God bless you family

@anonyHuma

I am so sorry that you are having such a hard time dealing with the traumatic event that took place. It is so hard to find our way back after a bad experience, and It does not happen overnight. Healing is a process, I totally get how you are feeling right now, and you are entitled to feel the way you do, but I would like to say to you if you give up fighting the battle of healing, then the perpetrator wins. Don't give up on your healing and the ability to move forward despite the fact the person or persons that injured you meant it for harm. Hold your head up, and we all stand with you as you gain back your power and strength. I believe in you, and I believe that you got this. We are often times stronger than we realize. You are not alone here at 7cups. You have come to the right place. Keep reaching out and keep posting, we are here to support you.❤️

@anonyHuman6633I'm really sorry to hear that you're struggling with the memories of a traumatic event. It's completely natural for such experiences to have a lasting impact, and it can be challenging to cope. However, it's important to remember that healing is possible, and many people find ways to manage these memories and lead fulfilling lives.

You are not alone, it is scary every time there is a trigger or a flashback and running away may seem easier but it is like a loop recorder unless we chose to correct the recorder the same loop will carry on 🩷

it hurts so much, but keep going anyhow. We live in the age of brain plasticity— we can change are thoughts and perspectives. Though, it sucks that the victim has to do this work. Be kind to yourself.
