I am a teen and since little I have been trough trauma. My older sibling was being mean to me, telling me what to do, if I did something out of her expectation, or if I made a small mistake, she would begin to be mean, threaten me, she was yelling at me, judging me,.. Also with classmates... they were making fun of me, judging me,... I didnt defend myself, because I was little and didnt know what to do, so I did what I was told.. I was very scared of my sibling and my classmates. Right now, my relationship with my sister has improved a lot. Sometimes I ignore her when I feel like need to. But I still feel bad. And I am still scared of some of my classmates, becuase they still judge me even in another school. I just tell them to shut up, because honestly I have nothing else in mind to say.

My mind is blank. My energy is low. Nothing is fun. I hate socialising. I dont know what to say. I forget easily. I dont wanna talk to anyone, and i dont even know what to talk about. I feel bad.. I wish something or someone could help me, because nothing helps, even when I try..

Hey,

First, I just want to say I hear you. And I’m so, so sorry that you’ve had to carry all of that pain for so long. What you went through as a child isn’t something anyone should ever have to go through. It’s not fair. You deserved kindness, protection, and love not fear, judgment, or control.

It makes complete sense that your energy is low, that your mind feels blank, and that socializing feels like too much. When you’ve been hurt, especially at a young age, it can leave invisible wounds that affect everything your thoughts, your feelings, even your ability to connect with others. That doesn’t make you weak. It makes you human.

You did what you had to do to survive back then obeying, staying quiet, not defending yourself because you were just a child trying to keep yourself safe. That was brave. And even now, when you’re still dealing with fear and judgment from others, you’re standing up in the only way you can even if it's just telling them to shut up. That takes guts. You might not see it right now, but there’s strength in you. Real strength.

And I want you to know this you are not broken. You are not beyond help. You’re just someone who’s been deeply hurt and hasn’t had the right kind of support to heal. You don’t have to fix everything on your own. Healing is messy. It's slow. But it is possible.

I wish I could sit with you in person and let you know that it's okay to feel this way. It's okay to not be okay. And even though it feels like nothing helps, please don’t give up on the idea that something might. There are people out there who care. Maybe a counselor, a therapist, a trusted adult someone safe. You deserve that. You deserve peace. You deserve to feel joy again.

Until then, please be gentle with yourself. You’ve survived a lot. That’s not nothing. That’s strength. And you're not alone, even if it feels like it.

I’m here for you.

You're not invisible.

You matter.

And healing can begin step by step,

breath by breath.

I'm so sorry to hear about all of that. It seems like you've been carrying a huge weight since you were little, and dealing with that judgment from your classmates and sister is truly heartbreaking. It makes total sense why you feel blank and low energy after everything you've been through. When you are constantly dealing with that kind of stuff, your brain and body are exhausted, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with you feeling this way. Sometimes our minds create protective measures in these kinds of situations, which in your case is this. But I want to point out how strong you truly are! Your relationship with your sister is improving, and you are actually getting those who judge you in class to stop. That is called setting boundaries, and it's a massive step! You may feel bad now, but you are actively fighting for yourself, even when the old patterns try to draw you back.

dear Scarlet, I really relate to you, i was going through similar things when I was a teen, since I moved a lot. So I would need to start over and over.

I'm sending a hug to you, and you are so smart. I know you don't see it, but look at the things you are going through by yourself 💗💗💗

I really hope that you find a couple of friends that just enjoy being around you even when there is nothing to say. And that love you for who you are, and that you get to enjoy just being silly and laugh about things again

also there is nothing wrong with feeling sad from time to time. Feelings are here to teach us something 🤓

The part where you forget easily is due to the stress that you have been managing, specially at such a young age.

I know that you are trying your best. Sometimes is just about being, you are enough 💫💛, despite everything that happens or how you feel at a given moment, or if you made a mistake, or if other people are being unfair to you.

And even when you don't have something to say, the right people will still see it in you, and that is really beautiful and is going to be worth all the wait for these people in your life. and those people can also make mistakes by the way, we are all learning really 🙈

Also wish for you that the people already around you, get to a point where they understand you better. this would make us super happy 💚

Being a teen is tough, lot of changes going on

many hugs dear 🤗🤗🤗

Hey love!

First of all, I'm sending you a hug and support 💛

It sounds like you've had some very difficult experiences, both from your older sister, who would yell, threaten, and judge you for a small mistake, and from your classmates who laughed and judged you.

You say you were little and didn't know how to react, and you did what they told you, which is very natural for a girl your age.

Even though your relationship with your sister has improved, you still feel bad and are afraid of the judgment of others, even at a new school. It sounds like it's exhausting, painful, and scary to feel like everyone is against you and judging you.

It sounds like you're confused and want help, but you're not sure anyone can help. I want to say that I really appreciate your courage to write and share here. It's not taken for granted.

You don't have to deal with it alone. Whatever you feel is normal, and it's okay to feel that way. Take it all at your own pace. If you want, here at 7 Cups there are great listeners who will be happy to listen to you and try to help.

The fact that you wrote this is already a significant step. I'm proud of you. Thank you for sharing! 💛
