When you feel this bad it helps to have a therapist you can talk to and possibly a psychiatrist that can help find meds that keep us in a more stable frame of mind. Lifestyle changes can help to like yoga, mindfulness, keeping on a high protein low carb diet if that is medically approved for us. Just having someone to reach out to.
