My story
Yesterday, my mother was in a bad mood.
She and I don't get along well.
I'm sensitive to the slightest difference in moods and moods.
I sensed the mood and almost started hyperventilating. I also have an anxiety disorder, so it was even more difficult for me and I cried all the time.
I wrote this here to share my story.

Hey Sai,
I'm sorry to hear you and your mother don't get along well. It makes sense for you to be sensitive to her moods, as they may make you feel like how she feels is your fault, even though that's not true. It can be emotionally exhausting at times, especially when dealing with anxiety as well!
When faced with stressful situations, everyone reacts in different ways. Hyperventilation may be triggered by a fight-or-flight response, stress or overwhelming emotions. It's normal to feel as though it's too much to deal with. It's okay to cry when overwhelmed or upset! We all do- some more than others. It may feel like an unwanted emotion but often helps release hormones that calm our body down. Whatever responses you may experience in a stressful situation are valid ❤️
Take care
