Ok so this is my true story (TW)

I was born into a christian cult, they were a big cult own several places around America. Luckily the part I was born in was one of their smaller places. Ok so tw. Babies born in to the cult were sold or kept for slaves. I was a slave, for 18 years. Until the law stepped in and a rescue mission saved me and a few others. I was born healthy. But because of my owners. My spine is broken and not completely fixable. So after the rescue. My legs became dead weights and they had to amputate them. Also cut off half my fingers.I'm safe now 22 years old and bring looked after really well. But recent news, I was told two of the others who I was rescued with. have been found by the cult. They are both in heaven now. New security has been put in place here at the care home. But I can't help feeling terrified right now. Will this ever end
Hi @Tinywhisper11... You ok? Keep safe ... Tell you what why don't you create a daily check-in here so we know you're okay. That way maybe you'll feel some safety in everyone here keeping vigil. Don't leave any location or personal info.
Personally I would also suggest removing your photo and using a more generic one for safety purposes. You would be surprised by the info you can find from photos. But it's up to you.

It is pretty good to hear you're Christian, it saddens me a lot to get a hang of your true story though.
Let the love of people lay upon you: with your family, friends, your neighbors and the people here, may God give you all you need emotionally and financially.
All you need now is peace, care and rest.
We don't need to set regular, mainstream standards for what is supposedly worth on any level, nor must we live up to any of these patterns. These never bring us happiness, nor out the best in us.
I was born and raised in a Portuguese family-based community and my grandparents, my real parents (they were held back in third grade and unfortunately ended up dropping out of school), were never in search of fame, status or money. However, the family and values they built from scratch were the best treasures they could pass down to us.
I truly believe God will give you everything you need to fulfill your soul and dreams for good.

Three years ago God have me a new life a real chance, and I won't waste this new life this new world. I have many blessings and am grateful for each and everyone of them. I don't have any family😞 or any friends. My parents were two of my owners but I don't know which ones they were. But I have found my family and friends here on cups with all of you ❤
