Just a typical night with PTSD. No sleep having to constantly fight my brain to just stop and shut off. Looks like tonight is a bad night it's even fighting the sleeping pills 😪

im suffering from the same issue. i can never sleep. i think i am scared to fall asleep because of the nightmares i constantly have regarding my trauma. is that relatable to you?
