I'm trying to brainstorm various coping mechanisms that are evidence-based and give us something surprisingly productive to do. For now, I've found these ones, and they seem credible enough.

The Road to Resilience: https://www.uis.edu/counselingcenter/wp-content/uploads/sites/87/2013/04/the_road_to_resilience.pdf

Abbreviated Version of Nicholson McBride Resilience Questionnaire (NMRQ): https://www.nwpgmd.nhs.uk/sites/default/files/resiliencequestionnaire.pdf

Next Step Partners: Leaders without Limits' Resilience Checklist: https://nextsteppartners.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/Resilience_WorkSheet_1_13_17.pdf

University of Washington Medicine | Harbourview Medical Centre Sheets: https://depts.washington.edu/hcsats/PDF/TF-%20CBT/pages/cognitive_coping.html

I'll add more as I go along.

For now, I like the last resource because some of the sheets, like the worksheets that focus on challenging thoughts, can help us determine if our lines of thinking are veering back towards negativity, and sometimes we need that balance to keep ourselves going.
