Childhood tigger warning mention of SA and SH
I have been thinking about my childhood recently, which I hardly remember much of, but the parts that I do remember, I do not want to remember, that is, because what I am remembering is SA. It lasted for about 2 years at 2 different times with 2 different people. I am remembering specifics of what happened, and I had been self-harming. I have also been thinking about a time when I was in college the first time and was coerced into doing some things that I have realized were not my fault, but it feels like it was my fault.

😔
It absolutely wasn't your fault 💚
Don't ever think that
I'm sorry you've experienced this
It's not your fault at all.
I hope in time you can find a way to heal yourself, and yo incorporate healthy coping mechanisms into your daily living 💚

It's not your fault you just need to rest and tell me more why do you feel it's your fault I hope you gonna forget that and you just need to remember IT'S NOT YOUR FAULT YOU CAN REST YOUR HEAD AND FORGET ABOUT THAT ( if you can)

I know that it is not my fault, some days it just feels like it is, and that feeling has a way of staying for a while, no matter what I tell myself. Like today, I know it is not my fault, and it never was my fault. The other day, there was a feeling that wouldn't go away. I am glad that I have this so that I can hear it from others who have a similar experience.

So sorry you experienced this. I share your pain, as I also suffered CSA for a couple of years by an extended family member. I don't know how long ago it's been for you that these tragic events took place, but I can tell you that I was floored when I experienced a recall of the events in my past. It was over 50 years ago!! How I suppressed this for so long. Soon after other pieces of the puzzle started to come together.
Therapy was so important for me and I hope you can find a professional to talk to also. One thing I learned was that is was crucial for me to let "your inner child" be heard and receive the compassion important for healing. Take care and know that there are others who can relate with you. 7cups can offer you an outlet for you too.
