This is really hard to do but about a week ago i was held captive by a so called mate, he took everything from me my credit card, ID, almost my family and locked me in a room where he would rape me 2-3 times a day and if i didnt do what i was told he would bite me and hit me, im now home but scared of everything even closing the door or hugging my male family members please help me
