Is it wrong to feel this way?
About a week ago, I was raped. I tend to move on quick from things, and Im slowly moving on from this already. However, Ive noticed myself start to feel positive emotions about the situation and about my rapist.
When it first happened, all I felt was guilt, that I was used, deserved it. And now Im starting to feel positive about it, and Ive even come up with justifiable reasons why I feel this way. Is it wrong to feel this way about it? About him?

Sounds like a psychological coping mechanisms: when you face something so bad, your mind can try to convert the bad feelings into positive ones in order to protect you from the consequences of a trauma, a bit like what happens with Stockholm syndrome. And that's a normal reaction, there's nothing wrong with it. Just remember that however you feel, safety is your priority, though you have positive feelings you mustn't allow them to put you in a situation of danger where he can hurt you again.
Also, what happened was not your fault and no one deserves to go through it. Those thoughts can and do occur a lot after you've experienced something like that. I know it's very difficult to do so, but when you ever feel like that, you have to look at things from a different perspective, for example imagining what you would think if it happened to someone else instead of you.
You sound like a very strong person to me. You're processing things and you're analyzing your feelings and reactions, trying to make sense of them and come to terms with what happened. Remember that you're entitled to feel litterally anything right now, there's nothing wrong with whatever your mind is doing to protect you. If you feel like you can't deal with all of this alone and your coping mechanisms feel like a burden to you, you can always look for support, that's ok. Getting support doesn't mean being weak, on the contrary, it takes a great strength. A strength I'm sure you can find if you need it!
