My experience with SA/R!pe (not detailed)
i was r!ped when I was 12 by my 15 year old gf. It started off consensual but then after asked to stoped it didn’t. Now I can’t have people touch me without feeling really uncomfortable or even scared. I now have trust issues and find it hard to be in a healthy relationship with someone because of my past. What happens now makes my daily life harder and even makes it hard to function normally.

I think it takes alot of courage to let out something like that, and I'm glad you did here , it sucks being on the suffering end of stick because of someone else being a terrible terrible person :(
what helps you cope when you find yourself lost in these thoughts?
Listening to music helps a lot it gets me distracted
