Raped by my ex boyfriend - need support

I'm new here,
So I was raped by my ex boyfriend in the end of 2021 but I only realized it like 2 months after, it was January 2022. After that I broke up with him but never confronted him about what he did.
Now I don't really know what to do, has anyone ever experienced this? (not realizing in the moment of the rape that it was rape)
And do you have any advices?
I've never told anyone about it, and I'm abroad for this semester so I can't talk to a therapist about it for now.
