Sexsomnia
I've never told this to anyone before. But my dad suffers from sexsomnia and i don't even know if he knows it. It's been happening for years that he would touch me in his sleep and he wouldn't even know. Still doesn't. I've never told anyone and I've got pretty bad trauma from it. I just don't know what to do. It's made me distance myself from my dad, but I know it isn't his fault.

That's hard to experience, I'd feel so weird and confused too about it
Do you think you can talk to him about it? Or maybe not sleep in same room or such?
Well yes but I'm a very cuddly person and I like to cuddle with my dad because I swear I'm still a little kid at heart.....but I can't talk to him about it....i don't know how. It's been happening for about 7 years now.
