Sexual abuse
When I was little I got sexual abused by one of my family friends and I also by my uncle he didn’t really touch but he touched my thighs and made me sit on his lap and made me feel really uncomfortable today it doesn’t bother my a lot but sometimes I do cry about it still even though it’s in the past it really affects you and maybe what happened to me might be a reason to my mental health but I’m not sure

I’m not even sure if I can call this sexual abused or raped but I was in a relationship where I was abused physically mentally and emotionally and when I didn’t want to have sex he would do it anyways sometimes he hold me where I couldn’t move. He would do things I didn’t like or that was hurting me even though I would cry and tell him to stop but he wouldn’t. And if I moved to much he would grab my throat and tell me he’s gonna kill me then hit me.
