I was 12 when it happened. It didn't stop until I had turned 14. I would tell my boyfriend that I didn't want to be alone with him bc of the things he would do to me, and he would just say that he couldn't help it. When he assaulted me I immediately told my mom when I got home, hoping that she would help me. Instead she told me that he had that right to me and she called me a whore and told me she hated me. The abuse went on for 2 more years because of that. I can't sleep at night anymore, I've tried therapy but I'm always too scared to talk about the incident, I avoid talking about being with him all together. I don't know how to heal from this.

I'm sorry for what you've gone through. It's not love and he's not your boyfriend. He is abusing you and it's not good for your physical and mental health. Leave him. Talk to someone who might help you like teachers or other relatives whom you feel care for you. Please stay away from him. If he threatens seek help from someone. It is not your fault. Don't feel guilty about it. You are strong and you got this. Please don't lose hope

I'm so sorry this happened to you. You don't deserve this and didn't do anything wrong. I hope you are away from your attacker and I hope that you can heal from this in a healthy environment. I believe you can get through this. I encourage you to write about it in a note book or notes on your phone to try and let it out. Even if you don't want to tell anyone maybe it can help you work through it until you are ready to tell someone.
