I’m not sure when it started or when it ended but the age that marked me the most was 10 years old. So my sister was 5 years older than me and she at night would ask me to play with her like pretending we were two people in a party or me being a doctor and all those stuff ended up with me on top of her while she would kiss me and put my hands on her *** while she would make me rub on her so she would ***. I’m not sure if it’s sexual assault but I need help so I can start healing from it pls

I just need to know if that’s sexual assault this has been messing with head I can’t handle it anymore

It could be ......
most likely as it sounds a bit detailed.......... instead of innocent time in child hood where some kids who play something like........ you show me yours and i will show you mine type of games.
It will be a difficult thing to get over .... you trusted her and i am assuming did not share with anyone like your parents etc.

You can talk with a Counselor or therapist who has speciality on the topic of sexual assault it will be helpful to you.
I want to add that 5 years age difference can be an indicator that its not a “play between siblings” for some cases.
