i was sexually assaulted / abused from ages 3 to 11. it was by a family member who was a child as well. i remember thinking that it's not valid because they were a child as well. it still affects me today, i'm scared of intimacy and sex, but i also get hypersexual. i feel lame and disgusting.

All of your emotions are valid. I am sorry to hear of the abuse you experienced at a young age. It is valid and it counts. It's a good step to share here. This is a good community.
