im a minor seeking therapy because ive been sexually assaulted in the past. i was only sa a month ago but i dont want to tell my parents out of privacy. if i tell my therapist will she disclose to my parents about it?

I hope you're not in any kind of physical pain. Well it is not at all important that your therapist may tell it to your parents but you have to open up about it so that the incident doesn't repeat in future..

@turquoisePapaya58 The rules vary depending on where you are. Ask about the confidentiality policy, and in what circumstances things can be told to your parents without your consent.
