There are many places that offer assistance. A Google search should bring up a few. If you have difficulty, just ask and i'll help look for you.

I am not sure exactly what you are talking about.. so I am assuming that it is Masturbation, please correct me if I am wrong.

If you are talking about this subject, please know that there is nothing wrong with this as long as it is not interferring with your life or relationships in anyway.

By doing this you will improve your mood, increase your ability to relax and distract yourself mentally, all of these are good. Since you are dealing with a terrible trauma this is a safe way to distract yourself.

If you believe that you are doing this to the point that you are interferring with the rest of your life, you may need to seek some therapy..

Sexual assault is a very traumatic event. Survivors cope with it in a variety of ways. If you haven't sought help yet for your sexual assault and the issues around it, you may consider contact RAINN - they have a variety of ways to get help in their database... https://rainn.org/get-help

You are brave to speak up and to ask for help. Being sexual beings, sometimes assault or incest can create a mixed feeling of pain and pleasure. Then there are related issues that create confusion or shame. If you are feeling upset or ashamed that you are touching yourself sexually, please seek out help from someone who is a professional and who is aware of sexual assault/abuse issues and avoid going through this alone!
