a few months ago, my then-girlfriend (now ex) and i went to a party, a party in which i drank a lot, and she didn't. my very drunk self took her (fully sober) to the bathroom, where i initiated a sexual encounter with her. an encounter which she went along with and never tried to stop. for a while, i thought nothing of it, but in retrospect, i wasn't in my right mind, seeing as how i was nearly passing out from how drunk i was, and she hadn't had a drop of alcohol. i feel like she took advantage of me, but i don't know for sure.
did she rape me?

Thank you for sharing this with us. Personally to me, someone that is extremely drunk can not give consent. This is all in your hands, how do you feel about it? Do you feel like it was rape? Clearly you have your doubts about it and you feel taken advantage of. That is not okay in any situation. Take your time to think about it, how you feel about it is the most important.
