Hello! This is my first time actually talking about my problems. I always thought i could handle it on my own but lately it just seems to be getting harder. I suffer from depression and panic attacks. I am also a shy person. I find it hard to sometimes communicate my prolems out loud. I just want to find people who understand what i am going through but also wont judge me by themistakes i have made in my life.

@PeaceBeWithU

hi and welcome!! ive found that listeners here generally dont judge, but when youre browsing just remember to refine your search (id recommend always using the verified listeners option, as that gives you listeners with more exposure). i understand that it can be hard to talk about your problems, and congratulations on making it here!! thats the first step, and they always say its the hardest. i hope it gets easier for you and that you enjoy your time here!!

@PeaceBeWithU

Always remember to reach out. A lot of things are hard to talk about, but it's okay! When you have problems, just like all those who come here for support do, keep in mind that you are amongst many others who are experiencing the same things. Stay strong!

@PeaceBeWithU I understand how you feel. I went through severe postpartum depression and anxiety not to mention that I already suffer from these plus premenstrual dysphoric disorder and ADHD. So and I have been home as a stay-at-home mom since August 11th 2015 that's 654 days alone because my fiance works from 5 in the morning and doesn't get home until late each night this past week he got home at 8 8:30 11 midnight 5 and then last night 9:30. I understand being shy I've been home so long with no vehicle just a baby who's almost to and no money and nothing to do I live in a town that I didn't live in before and I moved here because my one of my best friends is also moving here but then she moved away. And I feel so alone all the time and like I have no one to talk to. I don't like to communicate my problems out loud with my fiance because I feel like if we get in an argument it will be used against me just as a Jab. All these things make me worry all the time and very anxious and alone and depressed I find myself having the most anxiety between 1 and 4 p.m. everyday it's subsided for a short amount of time but has come back and I cannot stand being alone anymore. I know I'm not technically alone because I have a baby with me but I can't talk to him he's a toddler. But I'm trying my best to make things get better and working with my psychiatrist and therapist and I'm going to go back to work very soon even though it's making me afraid to leave the baby because we've been home together so long. And I worry about separation anxiety and things like that for both of us even though he goes to bed at 6:30 and I'm going to be working 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. literally am I away from my house. So there are people that are here for you and just like you period and together we can all make it through this whatever we're going through we just need support systems from family members friends and others like in this community. I hope all is well with you and just remember you're never alone in this. And you have to forget about the stigma it's hard for me to do that but I try. One thing I've done and write a few things and posted them on the wall such as no amount of guilt can change the past and no amount of anxiety and worrying can change the future. Also the day you stop worrying will be the first day of your new life anxiety takes you in circles trust in yourself and become free. My mother said because she struggles with the same issues that mindfulness helps and she imagines when she gets really anxious that means iety like squeezing from the very tips of her toes all the way to the top of her head and imagines at dissipating through the air and away. I have tried this a few times and it does help.

Hello and welcome to 7cups. I'm really glad you took a big step and joined our community. I'd like to assure you that all listeners here won't judge you for anything. We all like to help in anyway.

Currently I'm on break from taking new chats from members but I will be available on Sunday. If you would like, you can leave me a message and we will talk.
