Hi there
I logged on to this site for help, but was instead verbally abused and insulted by one of the listeners [listener name removed by AffyAvo]
Please can you remove this user from being a listener. Being verbally abused when emotionally fragile has potentially dangerous implications. I can rpovide a transcript as evidence too.

@neuroticdater I'm sorry that you experienced that. You can either report a listener using the review option (from the star icon in the 1-1 chat) or you can email community@7cups.com about what happened.
