I feel as though the 7 cups of tea core values areto Listen. Listening tosomeone who is having a day bad or a hard time and just trying to support them best way possible.

Absolutely true! When members share their problems with me, I try to understand them and accept his/her feelings. To me active listening involves suspending your own ideas and judgments and putting yourself in the other?s shoes.
I absolutely agree. If you can guid them to hear their own innervoice its a beautiful job well done!
Listening is definitely a key value for 7 cups of tea. I'd also add that being supportive and quick with your response should be other key values.
