As many of you know we recently launched an automated welcome system. To be clear, this system is currently only for Listener - Member welcomes. Listener - Listener welcomes are still dont manually. And we need your help making our newbie listeners feel right at home!
So we'd like to take this opportunity to invite you to join in! Learn more & start welcoming new listeners here or check out the 3 easy steps listed below!

It's the..... Welcoming Superstar badge!!!
Similar to the Welcoming Warrior badge for L-M welcomes, this badge will be awarded to every Listener who welcomes 24 new listeners every week! Soooo... how many weeks can you hold on to the badge for?

3 EASY Steps to Start Welcoming Listeners below:
STEP 1: Send a Private Message to new listeners that have joined 7 Cups. We encourage you to attempt to have unique conversations with everyone you welcome, and provide them with helpful listener resources. (See Resource List below) Keep your welcoming message unique and interesting.
STEP 2: Once you have at least 20 or more new listeners welcomed, >>> POST TO THIS THREAD <<< Remember to tag all usernames welcomed by placing the @ sign right before the usernames of the listeners you have welcomed. For example: @username
STEP 3: After posting to the forum thread, submit >>> THIS FORM <<< so all of your welcomes will be counted towards the monthly challenge

Hey Saifelhak! You can find a list of new listeners in your feed: https://www.7cups.com/listener/feed.php (click on your profile picture at the top right of your browser screen and then click on "My Feed") at the left towards the bottom. You will be able to see a box with the heading "Our Newest Listeners". This list is available only to the browser users.

Of course you do :) there are no requirements to be a part of the Welcoming Team and there are no requirements to stay as a member of the Welcoming Team! Although, there are a few welcoming procedures to welcome new listeners or members to the community! Feel free to take a look at them and let me know if you have any questions (listener welcoming procedures mentioned in Laura's second post of this thread)!
