7cups therapy is not available to teens. It is only available to users with accounts who are 18 or older

You can always connect with a listener who is usually a same-aged peer volunteer or you can search for listeners who are adults & have been approved to chat with teens they are called ATL's or adult teen listeners (they are not trained professionals though)
