Do others to get frustrated when someone fixed a time fo interact but they are late but i know they are very busy person They work 18 hours a day

It can be frustrating when you arrange a time, yes, your feelings are valid.
But that's also a long working day.
They could take one second to explain they won't be on though 💚

yes, it can be frustrating when they dont show up when you scheduled the time, they should at least advise that they will be late.
