hey, I’m new here. I downloaded the app like an hour ago. I can’t seem to open any of my chats as it’s saying there’s a technical error … is anyone else getting this? I really need support but I can’t get it if the app won’t work

Yes, the app doesn't work.
At least on Android phones.
The site programmers are supposed to be working on fixing this.
As a Listener, I perceived a great decrease in chat requests and forum posts these days.
