App broken?
hey, I’m new here. I downloaded the app like an hour ago. I can’t seem to open any of my chats as it’s saying there’s a technical error … is anyone else getting this? I really need support but I can’t get it if the app won’t work

@MusicalKiki2000 Yes, a notification went out about it a few days ago. It's recommended you use a browser to access it if you've updated the app and hopefully a fix will be here soon.

It can freeze sometimes they need more funding I think, it's so helpful 😊

It’s an update error. They are trying to fix it. It happened to me also.
This app always has issues. Don't worry about it. They will fix it when they have to
