There's a thin line between hoping and expectations...
Personaly I feel when someone is too hopeful somehow they starts expecting even though they aren't realising that..
And when you start expecting if it's not fullfilled you start question yourself why it's not happening even though you have given it your all... You start question if you're not good enough
@Amanda84 I think so. Personally, I am. But I think to hope is part of our human nature and in one way or another, we fall back into it. I think unconsciously even, hope is what keeps up going.

For me yes, bcz most of the things happened on my life is not of what i hoped, so now i just going along the flow

Only in few things in my life i felt hope, in everything else, never felt it, and right now, and may Allah forgive me, but I dont feel hope in anything. I just wanna give up. 😐
