Bisexual grief
Hello, new here and still learning to navigate the site.
Lately I’ve been struggling with feelings that I’ve come to understand are part of bisexual grief — processing grief over missed life experiences and part of myself I never really got to explore (had light experiences). I am in a committed hetero relationship and have kids so it’s a bit of a double whammy. I don’t feel like I fully belong in straight spaces as my friends don’t understand, and I definitely don’t feel comfortable in queer spaces because I’m dealing with some imposter syndrome (also aware of bi erasure), nor have I been able to find a sense of community in my area.
My attraction to the same sex has been taking up a lot of my thoughts recently and I feel this longing that I don’t know what to do with. I am not interested in stepping outside of my romantic relationship.
Just grappling with a lot and feeling a profound sense of loneliness and isolation. I was wondering if there are any ongoing discussions on this platform that have to do with this topic. Thanks

Do you feel for sure you bisexual? Or you are not sure and want to explore that your part? And do you admit that you are not bisexual and that your feelings are just an uncharted space?
I’ve known that I’m bisexual since middle school and have always been honest with myself and my circle about that. I just happened to date men more frequently, probably to do with societal standards and the comfortability there yk, but now I’m locked into this life so there’s just a hole there. Like an aching feeling and sometimes it’s heavy to sit with alone

Oh, i got ya. Please, try here: https://www.7cups.com/forum/lgbtq/ But i don't know how it works, i tried to ask some questions, got interesting replies, it didn"t really help, but i noticed some tips that got me to the needed path.
I am heterosexual, but had had some inner doubts and issues about it. Finnally, i coped by myself. And i am sometimes simply interested in LBTQ+ area.
