Career Anxiety
Hi all, I'm new here. I've been feeling very anxious lately.
I'm 24 and I've no idea what I want in life. I feel like I'm running out of time. I'm anxious all the time yet im not doing anything to actually address the issues. I feel like giving up before even starting anything, everytime I'm actually close to doing something I get anxious and backout last moment. I mean what's the worse that could happen..I fail or die...now I'm not that scared of the 2nd thing but fear of failure stops me from trying at all which makes me a looser.

Oh so sorry to hear about all the things and all the difficult emotions you're experiencing. I understand why your level of anxiety is making you feel like you'll probably fail, and because of that you want to give up before actually starting.
But I'd like to say that you feeling this way does not make you a loser,it just makes you human. How have you been coping with such intense emotions?

Hey there, I'm really you it sounds like you're carrying a lot of anxiety and pressure the fear of failing is making it hard to even start that doesn't make you a loser it makes you human everyone struggle with the fear of missing up feels bigger than the actions.
you're already noticing what's holding you back and that's an important first step Maybe start with one small thing you feel ready to try even tiny steps matter you don't have to solve everything at once and you don't have to do it alone everyone is here with you.
I've just recently seen a post that says one raised to the power of 100 it's still but 1.0001 is raised to the power of 100 is way more than that.
