Convinced myself i am dying
Hi. Let me start by saying I am terrified of going to the doctor and hearing I have cancer. So i have not been to the doctor in years except for colds because of this. I am also a big smokeless tobacco user and have been terrified of going to the dentist for same reason. Now i am having symptoms and self diagnosing through google. I am terrified I am going to hear those words

self diagnosis thru online sites while perhaps with developed with well intentions ......have caused more then a few people to fear being checked out by doctor or dentist.
If by chance your worry was confirmed Cancer is best treated the earlier it is found......
Many doctors / dentists see people who have not been there in a long time or such and again you would not be alone and nothing to be embarrassed about since many do the same.
