Congratulations on beating cancer!! It's a tough road, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually! My mom and aunt also beat cancer and my mom says her one thing she always tells people is to make sure and "sit with each emotion as it comes up and to really feel and experience it". She says this helped her to really process her feelings along the journey and after.
