Feeling down
Hey @lausiri, welcome to the community. ❤
So glad you're looking for support to help you cope with feeling low and exhausted.
Different things may work for different people, for instance talking about what's bothering them (with someone they trust, or even here, with a listener or in a group chat, or forum like this), journaling, engaging in some hobbies/ things they enjoy or would like to try doing, mindfulness exercises to feel calm, or perhaps just catching some sleep etc. Would you like to try any of this?
What usually helps you feel better during such times?

When I'm really depressed, I simply sleep. I am currently trying to find new hobbies because I really don't have any. Nothing seems to excite me. Any suggestions on hobbies, all?
Journaling does help release the tension. It is one of my favorite things to do! I usually write down how I feel and what physical symptoms imm having. I then follow it with what is on my mind.

I get that, sleep feels like a temporary escape, a much needed break too, it's okay to rest. ❤
I'm glad you're open to ideas and suggestions, mhm hobbies, I like listening to music, watching something, movies or shows, reading etc. Some like to create art (of any kind), try out different things too they can, would you like to try any of these?
We also have a Hobby Zone (clickable) sub community here, where you can discover more about hobbies, connect with others, inspire and seek inspiration for practicing any hobbies you like or want to try as well. Please refer to this post if you'd like help in navigating the community. I hope this helps in someway.
Journaling is great, right hehe, glad it helps you too, and that's a really mindful way of approaching it, bringing awareness of the physical symptoms and emotions involved. Keep going. ❤
Cofee and music...
