Is there any specific question you have where I can maybe try and help you? The forums are a great place to come to and meet people on 7cups. It exposes you to other fellow members and listeners. You can go to the subcommunity of your choice and visit and check out all the threads. Some people post looking for support, or they post to share something in general, or they just want to post words of encouragement. There is no wrong way as long as someone is not spamming the threads or being rude. If you ever would like to make a posting, please do so under the appropriate category and do just as you have. :) It is that easy.
