One bad thing about me is I dont forgot people i still miss my dead love ones though it has been decades since they dead i just feel like if they were alive my life would have been better do anyone knows what to do.Problem is my heart is unable to believe they are no more

Grief doesn't follow a timeline; whether it's days or decades, the heart still aches.

Missing someone that deeply isn't a flaw; it's love that refuses to let go.
Your heart isn't broken because you can't forget; it's proof of how much they meant.

It's okay if your mind knows they're gone, but your heart isn't ready to believe it yet. That takes time. Be gentle with yourself. They live on in you, in your memories, in the love you still carry.
