Hi!
I am new here, trying to navigate myself and how to manage my own emotions and deal with my anxieties and insecurities. I was raised with dealing with stuff was to bottle it up and sweep it under the rug - but I know for my own mental health and well-being, I gotta break that cycle.
I am excited and nervous with taking this step towards helping myself - but - I am looking forward to making friends and learning new skills and seeing things from different points of view to help me navigate my own life.
Little about me: I'm 24 years old - I'm a correctional officer. I have two 4 legged kids, they mean the whole world to me. I have been married - and divorced (that was a huge mistake, but I learned from it). I may have my own issues, but I am also willing to listen and talk. We help each other out.
I look forward to my healing journey and helping others along the way!

I became a correctional officer because I've always wanted to be in law enforcement and help those who are at their lowest.
I'm here because I'm needing to take back my mental health and break the cycle that I keep finding myself in. I'm trying to learn how to manage my emotions and take my emotions.
