Hey, I'm Amanda and I'm a forum supporter here. I love welcoming new members, answering questions and replying to people when they post in rte forums. We never wish to police what any member posts but can I make a suggestion, before you post, would people be able to leave a space and write if there are any trigger warnings with their post.

So many people here log on and then read a post that triggers them and causes great upset, but if there was a trigger warning , they could bypass it and everyone's mental health would be catered for and respected.

People could avoid if needed while others who aren't triggered could support 💛

Id appreciate everyone's help and consideration , cups is about making it safer for everyone and accessible and we don't want people avoiding forums Incase of triggers .
