I've been going through a rough patch and I truly didn't want to get help but my best friend was so worried about me, I didn't want to make him upset so I joined this website but truly I love it here and I've only been here a day! I can see this website definitely helping me out!

@Sunisshiningandsoareyou Hi! What made me want to seek help is the way so many events happened in my life the past few months that drained me so badly! I just have no motivation anymore and it's kinda scary. Yes! My Best friend truly is the best! I love him with all my heart and without him I would never of found this amazing platform!

Having no motivation when everything feels too draining is quite understandable, I get why it seems scary too, when the de-motivation sinks in and makes us feel hopeless about anything changing for the better anytime soon.
I'm really glad despite feeling demotivated and scared, you are trying to reach out for support and truly wish you recieve all the kindness and compassion you need.
It's been over a week, have you tried exploring 7 cups more? How's it going for you so far? :)
I think it's so important to have people like your bestfriend in your life, someone to just nudge us into staying hopeful and trying, someone who makes us feel cared for and needed. God bless your friendship! <3
