Hey there, 7 Cups community! I'm super excited to be here, both as a member and a listener! However, I'm a bit puzzled about how the listener side works and when I'll be ready to start supporting others.
Like do you have any idea how many days it takes before I can start supporting others, Can anyone share their experiences or offer some helpful tips? Thanks so much, and I look forward to connecting with you all

Have you created a listener account here already?
If so, you can always reach out to the listener support room, or to mentors and listener coaches for support in understanding your listening role, navigating the site and improving listening skills, anytime.
It's okay to start listening whenever you feel ready for it.
Many people here are both listeners and member account users. Using the member account to seek personal emotional support, and the listener account to offer emotional support to other members!
