Good morning Y'all! I am happy to be here. I am about a week new to 7 cups. I do only check in every now and then when I feel like I need some helpful guidance. Today I woke up feeling really good and blessed. I’ve been taking the advice I’ve been getting on here to take better care of myself and I hope you all get to experience it as well. Always remember you are loved, wanted and needed! You got this! Only you can do things the way you do, no one else could ever be you even if they tried and that’s a gift!
