I'm new. Idk how to do anything really on this app. I'm not sure how I even opened this post thing. The whole app is a little overwhelming

You are in the forum section many discuss issues here.... there is a section to find and connect with listeners and group chats ... there is a part with growth path that have exercises in various topics
many issue specific groups .... ie relationship/ addiction/ depression etc.
hope that helps some .... sometimes a person finds things by exploring
