Struggling to admit that I need help but at such a low point that won’t allow much else but seek it. My life hasn’t been a complete failure but I know there’s lots of improvement I could work towards. Never thought I’d download an app in seek of mental help but why not try.

@Amanda84 it does take strength ask for help it’s also hard I been there my dad never does it he neglects me verbally abuses me he’s done a lot of things he doesn’t want to admit he’s wrong as a person he’s older he doesn’t work anymore in my age I tried it’s hard asking a cop for advice or a first responder
for 5 months 2025 it’s been busy with 911 calls
6 months of 2024 same

I would simply take back how I treated people around me when I was younger, I was going through a lot and was very over the top dramatic about things, I definitely wasn't much of a friend and what I was going through doesn't excuse how I treated those who cared about me
